Sullivan Student Properties is the sister company to the Sullivan Group. Established to provide high quality accommodation to the York Universities. All our student properties are renovated to the highest standard with a generous specification above and beyond most other landlords.

Our specification standard includes a fully fitted modern kitchen with range cookers, fridge freezers and modern appliances. Dining rooms and lounges come with plasma TVs and new seating.
